Full Classic Infill
Service Description
•Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. •If it’s been longer than 3 weeks or you have less than 30% of your lash extensions left, you’ll need to book a full set. Too many lashes will have naturally shed, and an infill won’t achieve the desired look. What’s an infill? An infill is where I carefully fill in the gaps where your extensions have fallen out or remove extensions that have outgrown the natural lash, restoring fullness and shape to your lashes. Other Artist’s Work: I can infill lashes done by another lash artist and will do my best to match your existing set. Please keep in mind that every lash artist has their own style and approach to lash health—we can chat about it during your appointment to ensure the best results! Infill prices are indicative only. If you require more time/product, price will increase accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
INFILLS - 40% of lashes must be remaining for an infill whether it's for 2 weeks or 3 weeks. If there are less than this you will be charged for a full set REFUNDS - Under no circumstances do i offer any kind of refund. - If you contact me 24hrs before your appointment, we can reschedule but if you contact me 24hrs within your appointment time no refund will be given. - You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS/LATE ARRIVALS - You MUST give me at least 24hrs notice when cancelling your appointment - LESS than 24hrs notice will result in being charged the FULL service amount - NO SHOWS will be charged the full service amount - If you are 20+ minutes late from your initial appointment starting time you WILL be cancelled on the spot and you will be charged as a no show. RESCHEDULING - If you give more than 24hrs notice when cancelling we can reschedule your appointment, the payment you made will be transferred to the new appointment, if you cancel with more than 24hrs notice but fail to reschedule, this will be considered as no show, you will be charged the full appointment of the service booked. Yes you can make an new appointment but you do have to pay again. You agree to my terms and conditions by booking with Lash Addiction NZ
